Description

This role involves working a four-week rolling rota covering days, evenings, weekends, sleep-ins, and bank holidays. An additional £55 enhancement is paid for sleep-ins, adding approximately £1,320 per annum for two sleep-in shifts per month. No personal care is involved. The position is permanent with options for 37.5 or 30 hours per week, with respective annual salaries of approximately £23,893 and £19,114, including a recruitment & retention allowance.

NIHCSS is a recovery-based service supporting adults with severe mental health issues in Norwich & South Norfolk, including at Vanguard Court in Norwich NR2. We focus on developing our staff through structured onboarding, vocational training, internal and external courses, and regular one-to-one support sessions.

• Provide flexible, person-centered support and act as a support navigator using available resources.
