Our Lifeways service in Wellingborough provides specialist support and recovery services for people with enduring mental health needs. We support female residents who enjoy going out for coffee, swimming, shopping, and simply having someone there for a chat.
You do not require previous experience, but you need to possess qualities of confidence, emotional resilience, quick decision-making, and understanding boundaries.

• Shift patterns vary between 8am-10pm, Mon – Sun, working alternate weekends
• Sleep-ins required – with a competitive rate
