Job Description:

Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting experienced and Qualified Mental Health Practitioners to join Mental Health Teams based in Oxfordshire.

To be successful in this role, you must have a relevant Professional registration (SWE, NMC OR HCPC), be eligible to work in the UK, hold a qualification in Social Work, Nursing, or Occupational Therapy at degree level, and have post-qualified experience.

The Primary Duties of the role (please note these will vary depending on the team):

  • Provide high quality assessment and intervention to service users experiencing a wide range of mental health problems, promoting recovery and independence to identify appropriate pathways and treatment plans with service users.
  • Care Coordination
  • Managing a caseload in accordance with the Care Programme Approach (CPA)
  • Risk assessments and supporting with Adult Safeguarding
  • Working as part of MDT
  • Actively participate in and contribute to supervision and team meetings
  • Maintain a personal awareness of legislation, policies, and procedures, particularly those relating to the Care Act, The Mental Health Act, the Mental Capacity Act, safeguarding, and self-directed support in order to apply a strong evidence base to ensure consistency and a high quality of service delivery.
