Job Description:

Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting experienced and qualified Mental Health Practitioners to join a busy Adult Mental Health Team based in Hertfordshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.

To be successful in this role, you must have a relevant professional registration (SWE, NMC, or HCPC), be eligible to work in the UK, hold a qualification in Social Work, Nursing, or Occupational Therapy at degree level, and have post-qualification experience.

Your main responsibilities as a Mental Health Practitioner:

• Maintain awareness of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures, including the Care Act, The Mental Health Act, the Mental Capacity Act, safeguarding, and self-directed support, to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Provide assessment and intervention to service users with various mental health issues, promoting recovery and independence, and developing appropriate treatment plans.
• Care Coordination
• Participate in supervision and team meetings actively.

What we are looking for in a Mental Health Practitioner:

• Post-qualification registration in a core profession at degree level
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK driving license (if the role is community-based)
