West London Mental Health Trust is seeking a Mental Health Practitioner for the Ealing Early Intervention Service on a fixed-term basis. The post supports young people with first-episode psychosis, delivering evidence-based interventions within a collaborative, multidisciplinary framework.

The role emphasizes comprehensive assessments, risk management, and person-centered care planning, with opportunities for professional development and supervision.

Formación

• Experience in first-episode psychosis care
• Ability to work within Early Intervention in Psychosis standards
• Competence in risk assessment and crisis management

Responsabilidades

• Manage a caseload of service users experiencing a first episode of psychosis.
• Undertake comprehensive assessments, risk assessments and care planning.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions in line with Early Intervention in Psychosis standards.
• Work collaboratively with families, carers and partner agencies to support recovery.
• Contribute to physical health monitoring and holistic care planning.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and service development initiatives.
• Provide crisis management and risk management as required.
• Support service users with education, employment and social recovery goals.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records and contribute to performance targets.
