A leading children's care provider seeks a part-time Mental Health Practitioner to deliver therapeutic services across residential homes in West Yorkshire, focusing on children and young people's needs. Salary: Up to £38,907 (Full-Time) pro-rata, £29,180.25 per annum depending on experience (covering 6 months Maternity leave)
Type: Permanent, Part-time (30 hours/week, Monday to Friday)
Location: Covering residential homes across West Yorkshire, Batley, Leeds, Rotherham, Bradford, and Goole
You will provide therapeutic services to children and young people by assessing their needs, meeting those needs through consultation, and training staff to ensure a stable and secure environment. You will support staff in building positive relationships with young people, enabling their growth and development through therapeutic approaches such as DDP, PACE, and Therapeutic Parenting.

The role requires experience in CAMHS settings, particularly within Looked After Children services.
