Job Title: Mental Health Practitioner

Trust: Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health Care NHS Trust

Location: The Roberson Centre, Kidderminster DY11 6RJ

Ward: Neighbourhood Community Mental Health Service

Shift Patterns: Monday - Friday 9.00am - 17.00pm

  2. Promote knowledge of mental health and prevention of mental health illness.
  3. Plan and implement client centred individual or group interventions to achieve therapeutic goals.

  1. Community experience
  2. Correct registration body

In addition to experience, all Qualified roles will be required to provide evidence of:

  1. Relevant Qualifications
  2. Registration with the relevant Registration Body if applicable
