A leading healthcare provider seeks passionate professionals to work with children and young people (CYP) in a supportive environment. This permanent full-time role emphasizes collaboration, community involvement, and ongoing professional development while addressing mental health challenges. Candidates should have relevant qualifications, demonstrating their commitment to improving patient services in Norfolk and Suffolk. Join the team to make a meaningful impact within the community.
CATAT, who after our first year of being live (2023), was highly recommended for the Working Together for Better Mental Health at the staff excellence awards, is looking for professionals with a keen interest in working with CYP and their families. We aim to help them achieve better outcomes and keep them in the community.
The team's goal is to prevent CYP from inpatient admissions whenever possible and to support them and their families proactively in the community. The team acts as a gateway in and out of Tier 4 (T4) provision, working alongside core community teams and partner agencies to provide increased support, shared risk management, collaborative working, and continuity of care.
CATAT has two main pathways:
Between 07/2022 and 08/2024, our team has successfully avoided 165 admissions. If you are a dynamic individual eager to make a difference in services supporting young people and families, we invite you to apply and join us!
