A leading health and care provider in Chester is seeking a Mental Health Practitioner for their Crisis Triage and Response Team. This full-time role involves working within a multi-disciplinary team to assess and treat individuals in mental health crises. Candidates must have a recognized mental health qualification and significant post-registration experience. The position offers a salary between £38,682 and £46,580 per annum and emphasizes inclusivity and professional development.

We have an exciting opportunity to welcome a new Mental Health Practitioner within our Crisis Triage and Response Team based in Chester. The successful applicant will be expected to work across Urgent Care Mental Health First Response Services, which will include Crisis Triage and Response Service, Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Teams, Liaison Services, Street Triage Services and Liaison and Diversion Services. The role will be predominantly based at the Crisis Line.
We are offering you the chance to speak with our Crisis Triage and Response Team Manager on a Microsoft Teams where you can ask questions in an informal setting and learn more about the service and role before applying to the First Response service via a virtual chat room.
Main duties of the job
