We are looking for a Pharmacist to work with our Mental Health client in Blackpool. If you’re seeking your next challenge, here are the key details:

• Job Title: Pharmacist Band 7/8a
• Location: Blackpool
• Duration: Ongoing
• Schedule: Full-time (Monday - Friday), or part-time
• Start Date: ASAP
• Rate of pay: £25 - £38 per hour depending on experience.

A Day in the Life of a Pharmacist

As a Band 7/8a Locum Pharmacist, you will cover mental health wards and assist dispensary teams:

• Medicines reconciliation and drug chat screening
• Advising patients on the wards
• Screening in dispensary, inpatients, and outpatients
• Supporting ATOs and Pharm Techs with checks as needed

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Current and valid GPHC registration as a Pharmacist
• Previous community experience; hospital experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Commitment to high-quality patient care

Working hours and contract duration:

Monday to Friday, with options for 3, 4, or 5 days per week.
