A healthcare service provider in Stafford is seeking a Mental Health Nurse - Clinical Team Leader to provide clinical leadership to the nursing team. You will ensure high-quality, person-centred care, oversee staff development, and work flexibly to meet service needs. The ideal candidate will have a current NMC Pin registration and a commitment to supporting colleagues and patients. This position offers a £5,000 Welcome Bonus and various employee benefits.
What you'll be working: We're flexible, so you'll work a total of 37.62 hours per week, on a rota basis.
What you'll be doing: Providing clinical leadership to the nursing team and ensuring the provision of high-quality, individualised, person-centred standards of care to all patients. Ensuring the effective supervision and development of staff. Working as a key member of the team to support each patient in achieving their planned outcomes. Acting as the lead nurse in assessing, implementing, and overseeing care through to discharge. Taking charge of the clinical area. Developing and maintaining communication with patients, relatives, families, and carers. Adopting a flexible approach to hours of duty to meet the needs of the service over a 24-hour period. Working according to the NMC Code of Professional Conduct.
