Archer Resourcing is pleased to offer an exciting Band 6 Mental Health Nursing position in Crawley.

If you are dedicated to providing high-quality integrated health and social care for individuals with mental health problems, this role may be suitable for you. We are seeking an empathetic and committed individual to join our growing team in Crawley.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Participating in Duty rota
• Completing and maintaining risk assessments and management plans
• Supporting with paired home visits, such as urgent referrals
• Keeping clinical records up-to-date in accordance with legislation and trust policies
• Participating in clinical supervision and maintaining compliance with Mandatory and Statutory Training

Requirements:

• Degree relevant to NMC registration
• Significant relevant clinical experience
• Experience managing a ward or clinical unit
• Experience supporting practice development in clinical areas
• Enhanced DBS check (preferably on the update service) — fast track recruitment possible
• NMC registered
• Full driving licence and access to own vehicle (advantageous)
