What you will be doing:

As a qualified Mental Health Nurse (RMN), you will ensure adult women in medium, low secure, and psychiatric intensive care (PICU) environments, who have Personality Disorder and Mental Health conditions, receive high-quality care. You will also support colleagues and promote positive teamwork.

The wards are busy, with plenty to keep you engaged and motivated, offering a good mix of routine and variety. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Providing high-quality, effective, and compassionate nursing care to service users
• Being responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
• Providing mentorship and support to team members
• Observing, recording, and reporting all service user changes, and maintaining accurate records of care provided

Skills and knowledge you will have:

• A relevant nursing qualification
• NMC registration

Location: Arbury Court, Townfield Lane, Winwick, Warrington, Cheshire, WA2 8TR

Join the multidisciplinary team at Arbury Court to provide care and treatment for adult women in medium, low secure, and PICU environments, who have Personality Disorder and Mental Health conditions.

Rehabilitation and recovery at Arbury Court focus on person-centered care rather than disease-centered approaches.

The service is located just off the M62 junction 9 in Winwick, offering good transport links for easy commuting from most local areas between Liverpool and Manchester.
