Mental Health Nurse

Tripod Partners are looking for a Mental Health Nurse (Band 6) to join a community mental health team in Salisbury. This role involves delivering psychologically informed care to adults in an outpatient community setting. The successful candidate will carry a caseload, complete assessments and reviews, and provide evidence-based interventions in line with NICE guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Carry out initial mental health assessments and ongoing reviews for referred patients.
2. Deliver therapeutic interventions and contribute to mental health promotion within the community team.
3. Maintain accurate clinical records and liaise effectively with GPs and referring professionals.
4. Take part in clinical supervision, governance initiatives, and team meetings.

Position Details:

Location: Salisbury
Duration: 3 months minimum
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00-17:00
Pay Rate: £26.35 per hour
Work Pattern: Monday to Friday

Requirements:

1. NMC registered Mental Health Nurse.
2. Minimum 2 years' experience in a mental health role.
3. Experience working in adult community mental health services.
4. Familiarity with delivering NICE-recommended psychological interventions.
