What you will be doing

As a qualified Mental Health Nurse (RMN), you will ensure young people and adults with acute mental health needs receive high-quality care, support your colleagues, and promote positive teamwork.

The wards are busy with plenty to keep you engaged and motivated, offering a good balance of routine and variety. Your daily tasks will include:

• Providing high-quality, effective, and compassionate nursing care to service users
• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care
• Mentoring and supporting team members
• Observing, recording, and reporting changes in service users, maintaining accurate care records

Where you will be working

Location: 190 Barnet Rd, Potters Bar EN6 2SE

Join Potters Bar Clinic, providing care for young people and adults with acute mental health needs and personality disorders in an established 24-hour care environment. The CAMHS Tier 4 Low Secure services are for young people aged 13–18. The clinic is located in a residential area, just a minute's drive from the M25 and accessible by bus from Potters Bar Train Station.
