Job summary

Elysium is opening a new registered care service with nursing at Beck House, focused on learning disabilities and autism. The role requires RMN or RNLD with completed preceptorship and active NMC registration.

You will assess and plan individual care, mentor colleagues in a multidisciplinary team, and deliver compassionate nursing within a six single-person apartment setting. DBS disclosure is required.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with an NMC pin (RMN or RNLD).
• Completed preceptorship, with documented evidence.
• Experience as RMN or RNLD in NHS or private sector in the UK.

Job description

This nursing post sits at Beck House, a new registered care service with nursing within Elysium's Learning Disabilities & Autism complex care service, due to open in January 2026. The work centres on assessing and planning individual care for young people, delivering compassionate nursing care and mentoring colleagues within a multidisciplinary team. It is distinct for its six single-person apartments, which let each person live in their own space. Fit depends on current NMC registration as an RMN or RNLD and evidence of a completed preceptorship.
