What you will be doing:

• Providing high-quality, effective, and compassionate nursing care to service users
• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care
• Mentoring and supporting team members
• Observing, recording, and reporting service user changes, maintaining accurate records

Shift patterns include working days, nights, and weekends on a rota basis, 12.5 hours a day, 3-4 days a week, totaling 37.5 hours per week.
