Archer Resourcing has a new opportunity for a Mental Health Nurse in Wallington.

If you are dedicated to providing high-quality, integrated health and social care for individuals with mental health issues in Southwest London and possess empathy, this role may suit you.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Participating in Duty rota
2. Completing and maintaining risk assessments and management plans
3. Supporting with paired home visits, including urgent referrals
4. Keeping clinical records up-to-date according to legislation and trust policies
5. Participating in clinical supervision and maintaining compliance with mandatory and statutory training
6. Providing support, guidance, and supervision to junior staff and students

Requirements:

• Experience in research-based or reflective practice
• Degree relevant to NMC registration
• Significant clinical experience
• Experience as a preceptor or mentor
• Knowledge of clinical governance and audit processes
• Experience managing a ward or clinical unit
• Supporting practice development in clinical settings
• Enhanced DBS check (preferably on the update service) for faster processing
• NMC registration
• Mandatory training certificates
• Immunisations
• Full driving license and access to own vehicle (advantageous)
