Job summary

Bradley Complex in Grimsby is seeking an experienced Staff Nurse (RMN or RNLD) to join a multidisciplinary team delivering compassionate, high-quality care for adults with learning disabilities and autism. You will contribute to assessment, care planning, and evaluation while supporting colleagues and fostering positive teamwork.

Applicants should have completed a Preceptorship (with evidence) and have NHS or private-sector nursing experience in the UK.

Qualifications

• Must have completed a Preceptorship (with evidence) to be considered for the post.
• Experienced Mental Health Nurse from the NHS or private sector in the UK is preferred.
• Qualified Staff Nurse (RMN or RNLD) to care for adults with learning disability and autism needs.

Responsibilities

• Providing high-quality, effective, and compassionate nursing care to service users.
• Assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
• Mentorship and support to team members.
• Observing, recording, and reporting all service user changes.
• Shift pattern: 12.5 hours per day, 3-4 days a week including days, nights, and weekends on a rota.
