The role centres on delivering compassionate nursing care to women with personality disorder and mental health conditions, including assessment, care planning, mentoring colleagues and keeping accurate records. The post sits on busy wards within a multidisciplinary team that follows a recovery-based approach. Applicants must have completed their preceptorship.
