Job summary

Academics in Oxford is seeking a compassionate Mental Health Mentor to join a specialist school. You will work with students who have mental health challenges and social, emotional and behavioural needs, delivering one-to-one and small-group support.

The role offers an ASAP start, full-time hours, and pays 85–105 per day, with salary determined by qualifications and experience. You will help students build emotional resilience, positive relationships and coping strategies in a supportive setting.

Working closely with students, teachers, families and external professionals, you will provide one-to-one and small-group support, helping young people to develop emotional resilience, positive relationships, coping strategies and confidence.
