A healthcare training trust is seeking an enthusiastic professional to design and deliver training programs. The role requires a professional qualification in Health and/or Social Care, teaching experience, and a passion for education. Responsibilities include developing innovative education programs and ensuring compliance with training standards. The position is based in Gloucester and provides an opportunity to enhance learning experiences through technology.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated professional to join the Trust's wider Learning & Development Team. This is a varied role focused on ensuring staff have the skills and competence to deliver high standards of care. You will design, deliver and evaluate a range of online and face-to-face programmes. Training topics include clinical induction, safeguarding, clinical risk and Mental Capacity Act training.
This role is suitable for someone moving from a hands-on clinical role who wants to apply experience from mental health and/or learning disability services. A relevant professional qualification in Health and/or Social Care and some teaching experience are required. A passion for education and a willingness to embrace new technology are key as we seek to use technology to enhance the learner experience both online and in person. Support will be provided to develop skills and confidence in all aspects of the role.
