Job summary

Zohorecruit in Kingston upon Thames is seeking a Transformation Lead to guide Mental Health, Learning Disability, AMHP and DoLS services through a major transformation. You will analyse performance, redesign models, develop costed options, and ensure statutory readiness with NHS partners and local authorities.

Hybrid working, enhanced DBS, and a strategic leadership role across health and social care with bi-weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading transformation, service redesign, or change programmes within Adult Social Care, Mental Health, Learning Disability or DoLS.
• Experience in developing policies, governance frameworks, and cross-agency collaboration.
• Strong financial management and budget analysis skills, with ability to align services to resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead service reviews, options appraisals, workforce restructures and major change programmes.
• Oversee restructuring programmes, workforce transitions and governance.
• Ensure legislative readiness for Mental Health Act reforms, post-AGNI DoLS, and SEND transitions.
• Develop operational guidance and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Present recommendations and progress reports to senior leadership teams.
