Black Fox Solutions are excited to partner with a leading care provider in Belfast, currently seeking an experienced and driven Deputy Nurse Manager. This is a brilliant opportunity to advance into a senior role within a welcoming, purpose-built 51 bed nursing unit that supports residents with mental health conditions, physical disabilities, and complex needs in younger adults.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborating with a skilled and committed nursing and care team to ensure the highest standards of person-centred care.

  • Assisting the Home Manager with the daily running of the service, covering clinical governance, team coordination, and compliance.

  • Acting as a visible, supportive leader who encourages a culture of respect, empathy, and continuous improvement.

  • Taking part in policy development and audits to uphold quality and safety benchmarks.

  • Supporting the financial and operational success of the home through effective resource and staff management.

Who We’re Looking For
  • Registered Nurse RMN with a valid NMC pin

  • At least 1 year’s experience in a leadership capacity (e.g. Senior Nurse / Charge Nurse)

  • Confident decision-maker with excellent communication and mentoring skills

  • A compassionate approach to care, with a particular interest in supporting younger adults and individuals with long-term needs
