What We\'re Looking For
  • Experience supporting individuals with mental health needs or those facing complex challenges such as homelessness, substance misuse, long-term conditions, domestic abuse, or sexual violence.
  • Ability to carry out support planning and risk assessments effectively.
  • A compassionate and optimistic approach, with a strong belief in recovery.
  • Strong time management and documentation skills, ensuring accurate record-keeping in line with policies and procedures.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a suitable vehicle are essential for this role.
