Pulse Nursing is seeking an experienced Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) in Tunbridge Wells, Kent. You will deliver comprehensive mental health assessments, develop care plans, and support service users on their recovery journey within a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires RMN with NMC registration, strong clinical mental health knowledge, and excellent communication skills. DBS clearance is required or will be supported.

Qualifications

• RMN with current NMC registration.
• Experience as Band 6 CPN in a community setting.
• Strong clinical knowledge in mental health care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health assessments, including risk assessments and care planning.

Rate:
• PAYE: £20.17 per hour
• Umbrella: £23.66 per hour
Pulse Nursing is seeking an experienced Band 6 CPN to join a dynamic and supportive team in Tunbridge Wells. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Community Psychiatric Nurse to work with a diverse caseload, providing high-quality mental health care in a community setting.

As a CPN, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive mental health assessments, developing care plans, and supporting service users in their recovery journey. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic and person-centered care to individuals in need of mental health services.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with current NMC registration.
• Previous experience as a Band 6 CPN, ideally within a community setting.
• Strong clinical knowledge and skills in mental health care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with service users.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Enhanced DBS check (we can assist if required).
