Job Type: Full Time 40 hours

Job Description:

As a Family Community Support Team (FCST) Specialist, you will provide a wide range of community-based therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and families. Clinical services provided include functional support services to attain treatment goals. This position offers the opportunity to be a part of a dynamic team, with many opportunities for growth and development.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Case management, including an assessment of the needs of the child/adolescent and family
  • Active collaboration with community providers and services
  • Using therapeutic skills
  • Consultation with medication providers, clinical staff
  • Developing treatment plans utilizing an electronic medical record

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or education/counseling from an accredited college or university.

Job type: Full Time

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic fundamental computer experience to process email and access client/claims information within an EHR and web-based insurance portals
  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel is a plus
  • Supervisory/Management experience
