Job summary

TILL is seeking a Mental Health Clinician (Hybrid) in Dedham to provide compassionate therapeutic services to adults with diverse needs. You will work within a collaborative team, manage a caseload, and participate in regular supervision.

Full-time/Part-time/Fee for service options are available. The role requires a 60-credit master’s degree and licensure eligibility (LICSW/LMHC/LMFT). A valid driver’s license and multilingual abilities are encouraged.

Qualifications

• 60 credit Master’s degree in social work, counseling psychology, or education.
• LICSW, LMHC or LMFT eligible.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Multilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an individual caseload and provide therapeutic services to clients.
• Complete comprehensive assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes using our EHR.
• Collaborate closely with each client’s support team, which may include group homes, service providers, families, and other professionals.
• Participate in monthly staff meetings and peer consultation meetings.
• Receive ongoing support and weekly supervision from a licensed clinical supervisor.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients while developing your clinical skills along the way!
