Job summary

Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Clinical Team Leader (RMN) to support the Ward Manager in delivering high-quality mental health care. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, assess and implement patient care plans, and ensure adherence to safeguarding and policy standards in a secure adult mental health setting.

Qualifications

RMN with current NMC registration.
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in adult mental health.
Strong communication and safeguarding awareness.

Responsibilities

Support the Ward Manager in meeting key results and responsibilities.
Lead a team of staff within adult mental health services.
Assess, implement and evaluate care plans for patients.
Maintain high standards of care through effective communication, supervision and role modelling.
Ensure safe, accurate medication administration and safeguarding obligations.
