Hours available across Bristol, South Gloucestershire and some hours in Weston-Super-Mare

As a Casual Mental Health Support Worker, you will be working with the people we support in our Mental Health registered services and/or Mental Health Supporting Living services to develop their independence and support them live the way that they choose.You must be willing to be prepared to work in either residential or supported living services as required, you might work a shift in a service and during that time be asked to go to someone’s home within the community for a few hours.
As a member of our support team, you will be assisting people we support with their day-to-day activities such as personal care, cooking, housework, going to the shops or attending any activities they may be interested in. You will work with these individuals to encourage independence, choice and involvement in their own lives, and to promote their active participation in their chosen community.

Induction shifts in a named service, with full training and induction provided, paid training sessions and a competitive hourly rate – including extra pay for sleep-ins.
