Elysium Healthcare is recruiting a Healthcare Assistant for Victoria Gardens in Huyton. You will join a supportive team delivering care to residents with complex mental health needs, helping them on their recovery pathway and supporting daily living activities.

The role involves ward rounds, recording patient updates, personal care, and working within a 12.5-hour shift structure across 3–4 days per week, including nights and weekends. Training and development opportunities are provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to people with complex mental health needs and behaviours that challenge conditions
• Assist with personal hygiene and updating patient records
• Contribute to ward rounds and care planning
• Work in a multidisciplinary team including Nursing, Psychiatrist, Psychologist, Occupational Therapist and Social Worker
