Job summary

Academics in Witney is seeking a compassionate Psychology graduate to join a specialist/SEN school as a Mental Health Assistant. You will provide emotional support to students and help them develop confidence and coping strategies.

This role involves working closely with teachers and pastoral staff, supporting students with emotional and behavioural challenges, and promoting positive communication and social skills throughout the school day. Hours are 8:30am–3:30pm, Monday to Friday.
