Are you a graduate looking to launch your career as a Mental Health Assistant and make a real difference in children’s lives?

A leading specialist SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health) school in Oxford is seeking a full-time Mental Health Assistant to support children aged 4–11 with complex needs, emotional regulation difficulties, and behavioural challenges.

This role is perfect for Psychology, Counselling or Criminology graduates hoping to gain hands-on experience as a Mental Health Assistant before progressing into therapy, SEN teaching, or educational psychology.

As a Mental Health Assistant, you will:
