NHS Scotland is seeking a dedicated mental health professional to join their multidisciplinary Mental Health and Wellbeing Team. The role involves providing triage assessments, supporting Primary Care staff, and promoting mental health interventions. Candidates must be registered nurses with relevant experience and a commitment to improving mental health outcomes.
