Job Description
We have a rare opportunity for a Head of Clothing to join our Menswear team. You will manage and direct the Men's Clothing business in line with agreed objectives, driving the business forward across brands and categories.

Key Responsibilities

1. In partnership with the Senior Head of Menswear, deliver outstanding market-leading product ranges that capitalize on global market opportunities.
2. Drive Men's Clothing forward, balancing authenticity and relevance.
3. Lead and manage the Design Managers to ensure alignment with company standards and business objectives.
4. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Supply Chain teams to integrate timelines and achieve business goals.

1. PREFERRED - Degree in Fashion Design or related equivalent.
2. Experience in a similar level role.
3. Outstanding understanding of Menswear apparel and what makes a great product.
4. Extensive experience of Design & Development, especially in Men's clothing covering all aspects: costs/margin/RRP's, seasonal drops, and collections.
5. Previous use of PLM system/s or similar an advantage.
6. Long-established experience of working with overseas suppliers.
7. Extensive experience and knowledge of brand and retailers in the UK.
8. Experience working with global markets Europe / USA / ASIA very desirable.
