Men's First and Second Team Coach

Broxbourne hockey club are looking to recruit an experienced individual to be our Mens Head Coach. We have five Mens teams with the focus being on the Mens 1XI & 2XI and then supporting a wider club development strategy. The Mens 1XI squad are in the East Premier League and the Mens 2XI are in East Division 2 South West.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver an engaging and high quality midweek coaching session usually Tuesdays between 20.30-22.00 latest
Attend pre-season and match day games for the Mens 1s and, where possible, the Mens 2s, providing strategic support and guidance.
Offer constructive feedback to the squad and individual players to aid their development, including clear de-briefs on training sessions and game performance.
Work closely with the Mens 1s and 2s captains to ensure accurate team selections, fostering a cohesive and competitive team atmosphere.
Contribute to the overall club development strategy.
