Qualifications

• Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., RMN, DipCOT) required or desirable.
• Current unrestricted registration with HCPC/NMC.

Responsibilities

• Memory Assessments within clinic or patient’s home environment.
• Timely diagnosis with joint work with Consultant psychiatrists.
• Post diagnosis support and signposting; monitoring and reviewing treatments.
• Assess risks in home and support mitigation using MDT approach.
