Qualifications

• Degree or higher in Chemistry with 3–5 years of industry experience.
• Experience in polymeric membrane development or related lab research.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical chemistry knowledge.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the R&D team with practical lab-based work aligned with product programmes and customer needs.
• Extend the core platform and IP through innovative R&D activities.
• Conduct testing and analysis on substrates and materials for membrane applications.
• Prepare process development reports and tech transfer documents.
