We are looking for a Membership Support Advisorwho will be the point of contact for our members answering member queries received via multiple channels.

And what qualifications, skills and experience do I need?
We’re looking for someone who has bundles of energy and enthusiasm and is a self-motivated person but who also works well as part of a team.
You’ll need to show excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with a passion to deliver a first-class service to our members. You’ll be required to act as a role model for our Company ‘Visions and Values’, leading by example, showing genuine empathy and handling each query on a case-by-case basis.
Previous experience within customer care / contact centre environment is desirable.

* Please do keep in mind when applying that this role requires the flexibility to work shifts across 5 days between 8am & 8pm during the week and will include some weekends, working 9am & 5pm
