Get Golfing is a charity and golf management group dedicated to making golf more affordable, inclusive, and enjoyable. At Pyrford Lakes we combine stunning surroundings with a warm community feel, helping players of all levels enjoy the game. We're now looking for a motivated, personable Membership & Sales Support Associate to join our team on a part-time basis.

Role Summary

As a Membership & Sales Support Associate, you’ll play a key role in driving community engagement and supporting membership growth. Working closely with the Head of Sales and Operations Team, you’ll assist with onboarding new members, managing enquiries (including for junior golf and golf day events), and supporting sales initiatives via digital and direct communication.

This is a casual position (circa 20 hours/week) on minimum wage

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming membership enquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins
  • Proactively follow up with leads from online platforms (Indeed, Facebook, LinkedIn) and our existing customer base
  • Assist with junior membership promotionand engagement
  • Respond to and manage golf day/event enquiriesand bookings
  • Use HubSpot CRM(training provided) to track leads and communication
  • Shadow team members during the first weeks to learn systems and customer interaction techniques
  • Support general admin tasks related to membership and communication
  • Confident communicator, both in person and via phone/email
  • Passionate about golf, sports, or leisure industries
  • Comfortable using (or learning) CRM systems like HubSpot
  • Organised and proactive, with a can-do attitude
  • Available to start immediately and work flexible hours, including occasional weekends
  • Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus
  • 5% commissionon membership sales
