Job description

The Shrewsbury Club is a 100,000 sqft full-service tennis and health club located in Shrewsbury, MA. The club offers a wide range of facilities including indoor turf and baseball field, batting cages, gym, pool, gymnastics club, group exercise, free weight studio, spinning studio, martial arts, dance, and yoga.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Membership Sales Specialist at The Shrewsbury Club. The Membership Sales Specialist will be responsible for sales and customer service tasks related to membership acquisition and retention.

Qualifications

  • Experience working and exceeding goals in a goal-driven, high-end health club or tennis club
  • Customer service and communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Experience in a similar role is a must
  • Knowledge of the tennis, health, and fitness industry
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience consistently following a lead acquisition process
