Job description

Job Title: Membership Sales Advisor

Selection Frequency: Choose how often (in days) to receive an alert.

Working Hours/Pattern: 28 hours per week, including late shifts and weekends.

Salary: £10 to £12.21 per hour + Commission + Excellent Benefits.

Role Responsibilities
  1. Assist in growing gym memberships, swim lesson enrollments, and birthday party bookings.
  2. Engage with customers face-to-face and over the phone to meet sales targets and KPIs.
  3. Identify opportunities to promote our facilities within the local community and support contract growth.
  4. Assist other staff members as needed.
  5. Contribute to a safe, fun, and professional working environment.

About You

We seek candidates with previous customer-facing experience, ideally including sales. You should have strong communication and customer care skills, be able to work under pressure calmly, handle cash and maintain records, and be proficient with IT systems.
