A leading company in leisure services is recruiting a Membership Sales Advisor to enhance community engagement and increase sales for gym memberships, swim lessons, and birthday parties. The ideal candidate should possess strong customer service skills and sales experience, working in a dynamic environment to meet targets while enjoying various employee benefits.

To deliver these services, we need an enthusiastic and customer-focused team, and we are currently recruiting for a Membership Sales Advisor to join us.
In this role, you will help grow the leisure gym membership, swim lesson, and birthday party income. You will interact with customers face-to-face and over the phone to meet daily sales targets and KPIs in line with site performance.
We are eager to find someone who can promote our facilities to the local community and support the growth of our contract.
You will also assist other staff members when required, helping to facilitate a safe, fun, and professional working environment. Benefits include free access to leisure facilities, various discounts, and excellent development opportunities.
Serco manages these facilities daily on behalf of the Trust.
About you
We seek candidates with previous face-to-face customer service experience in a busy environment, including sales experience if possible. You should have good communication and customer care skills, be able to work under pressure with maturity and calmness, handle cash and maintain customer records, and be confident using IT systems and have a good telephone manner.
You should also be proactive, innovative, self-motivated, and target-driven.
