Location: Hybrid – some time at our Bristol harbourside venue, some remote
Contract: Two-year fixed term
Working hours: Part time, 30 hours/week (0.8 FTE)
About the role
This role is key to developing our membership scheme during a pivotal time, with membership becoming central to our strategy.
You will implement strategies to attract, retain, and engage paying members across departments, focusing on building a strong membership base, enhancing member experience, and maximizing income.
You will create membership materials, improve communications, and report on membership metrics and feedback.
Strong project management, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills are essential, working with our audience and operational teams.
This role is part of our Audience team, which includes marketing, PR & communications, graphic design, and inclusion.
Deadline: Sunday 6 July, midnight
Interviews: w/c 21 July 2025, at Bristol
Start date: Early September
