Citizen Femme is seeking a Membership Platform Co-ordinator to join our expanding team. This role involves building and managing a new membership platform that offers VIP experiences, travel discounts, hotel upgrades, and exclusive offers.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily with the web management team based in India from the CF UK office, ensuring all brand information (logos, descriptions, offers) is accurately relayed.
- Handle ongoing member inquiries and issues, providing support and sharing feedback with the web team. Proficiency in Hindi or Marathi is preferred to facilitate communication.
- Engage with onboarded brands to ensure offers are current, relevant, and appealing, aiding in membership growth and retention.
- Maintain regular contact with the web team, providing updates on member-exclusive content and ensuring its accessibility.
- Prepare and deliver monthly performance reports on the membership platform to inform strategic decisions.
- Contribute to the development of the membership platform as a key revenue stream for the business.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Hindi or Marathi is preferred.
- Understanding of online platforms, especially Wordpress.
- Strong team collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail for accurate record-keeping and platform management.
- Knowledge of the travel industry is advantageous.
- Ability to create and present monthly reports effectively.
Location & Hours
- Based in Central London.
- 37-hour workweek, Monday to Friday, 7:00 am – 2:00 pm.
