The Role

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Membership Marketing Manager to lead two key projects: our Annual Retention Communications Programme and the ICE Survey. This is a fantastic opportunity to engage and retain members and shape future ICE campaigns and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Retention Campaign

  • Own and deliver the annual ICE retention communications programme
  • Manage project plans, deadlines, and stakeholder relationships
  • Create and deliver multi-channel marketing content (emails, letters, social media, newsletters)
  • Use CRM data to target communications effectively
  • Track KPIs and report on campaign performance

ICE Survey

  • Project manage the ICE Survey in collaboration with a market research agency
  • Work the agency and internal stakeholders to redesign the research methodology and questionnaire
  • Coordinate internal tasks and ensure timely delivery
  • Reporting and briefings for senior leadership

Additional Duties

  • Support other marketing projects as needed
  • Attend occasional events, team office days and in-person meetings in London
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (no line management responsibilities)

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong project management and organisational skills
  • Experience in multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email marketing platforms (e.g. Dotdigital)
  • Ability to analyse data and report insights
  • Experience working in a marketing environment with multiple stakeholders
