Job summary

Brilliant Leisure Centre in North West London is seeking a Membership Sales Manager to oversee all things membership and be the face of the centre. You will drive membership sales while ensuring every member and visitor has a brilliant experience.

This role leads a small front-of-house team, manages the full sales journey from enquiry through to renewal, and collaborates with the site's General Manager to grow revenue and elevate the member experience.

Responsibilities

• Sales and membership growth: Drive monthly sales targets and KPIs that contribute directly to membership growth.
• Member experience: Own the full sales journey from enquiry to retention, ensuring every interaction reflects excellent customer service.
• Team leadership: Manage and motivate a small front of house team, setting the standard for how members are welcomed and looked after.
• Partnership working: Work closely with the site General Manager to align sales activity with wider commercial and customer experience goals.
• Local presence: Build corporate and community partnerships and support local marketing activity to raise the centre's profile.
