At Social-Ability, we believe in the power of joy. Our Happiness Programme is an innovative interactive light system that transforms the lives of people living with dementia, disabilities, and social isolation. Care homes, hospitals, and community spaces use it to spark play, connection, and well-being.
We are seeking a high-performing salesperson to sell this technology into the care and health sector across the UK.
What You’ll Do
- Membership Sales & Growth: This results-driven role involves owning and growing a regional territory, identifying potential clients, building relationships, and converting them into long-term partners.
- Deliver compelling product demos: Conduct in-person and online demonstrations to showcase the impact of our technology.
- Retention & Relationship Management: Engage with decision-makers such as care home managers, hospital directors, and healthcare leaders to demonstrate the long-term value of the Happiness Programme.
- Strategic Development: Collaborate with Directors and the team to shape the strategic direction of membership growth and engagement.
Who You Are
- Proven B2B sales experience (3+ years) with a strong track record of closing deals.
- Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or care sector sales is preferred.
- Driven and disciplined, with ownership of targets and success in a commercial environment.
- Confident in selling to senior decision-makers in healthcare settings.
- Experience developing and managing membership offerings or subscriptions.
- Comfortable using CRM and automated email platforms (preferably Pipedrive and PersistIQ).

- Job Type: Full-time, permanent
- Pay: OTE £50,000 per year (competitive base salary + uncapped commission)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5 days a week
- Location: Hybrid - 2 days per week in our Tonbridge office, subject to meetings and appointments
