Job Description

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maximise every member and guest’s experience in our club.
• Support the sales and retention of memberships through excellent customer service.
• Contribute to cleanliness and hygiene standards of the club as required.
• Act as a competent key holder, covering shifts as needed.
• Maintain a good understanding of the membership software system.
• Stay updated with current Fitness Challenges, Class descriptions, and gym floor focus, and participate accordingly.
• Support the Fitness Manager with Gym Floor duties.
• Experience the products and services on offer.
• Ensure the cleanliness of facilities exceeds expectations through active participation in club upkeep.
• Drive secondary spend KPI targets.
• Handle member complaints professionally and inform the relevant manager.
