Job Description

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maximise every member and guest’s experience in our club.
• Support the sales and retention of memberships through excellent customer service.
• Contribute to the cleaning and hygiene standards of the club as required.
• Be a competent key holder, covering shifts as needed.
• Understand and operate the membership software system effectively.
• Stay updated with current Fitness Challenges, Class descriptions, and gym floor focus, and participate in these activities.
• Support the Fitness Manager with gym floor duties.
• Experience and promote the products and services offered.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the facilities, actively supporting the team in upkeeping the club.
• Drive secondary spend KPIs.
• Handle member complaints professionally and escalate to the manager when necessary.

• Willing to participate in learning and development to advance skills and career.
• Able to perform operational key holder duties as required.
